This Shipping Policy describes how Throne (“Throne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed through madebythrone.com (the “Site”).
By placing an order with Throne, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled from our fulfillment location:
Throne Fulfillment Center
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after an order is placed.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, and ship an order. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume including product launches, major promotions, holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Economy Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time estimates begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, destination, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
International Shipping
Throne ships worldwide.
Estimated international delivery times are typically:
15–25 business days
International shipments may arrive sooner or later depending on customs clearance, local carrier operations, and destination country logistics.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using any major carrier, including but not limited to:

Carrier selection is determined by Throne based on destination, shipping method selected at checkout, and logistics efficiency.
Order Tracking
Once an order ships, customers will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Protection
Customers may have the option to add shipping protection at checkout.
If shipping protection is purchased, eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages may be covered according to the terms of the shipping protection provider.
If shipping protection is not selected at checkout, Throne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Delivery Confirmation
A package marked “Delivered” by the carrier is considered proof of successful delivery.
This includes deliveries to:

residential homes

apartment complexes
-
mailrooms
-
package lockers
-
front desks or reception areas
-
parcel lockers or secure delivery locations
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Throne is not responsible for missing or stolen packages unless shipping protection was purchased.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Throne cannot guarantee successful delivery or replacement.
Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
Address Changes After Order Placement
Once an order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Customers must ensure all shipping information is correct before completing checkout.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment, the order may be returned to Throne by the carrier.
In such cases, refunds may be issued minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any applicable processing or carrier fees.
Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances such as:

incorrect address

unclaimed package
-
repeated failed delivery attempts
the package may be returned to sender.
Orders returned to Throne may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Signature Confirmation
To protect against fraud and delivery disputes, orders over $200 may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Split Shipments
In certain situations, orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.
If this occurs, customers will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside of Throne’s control, including but not limited to:

global logistics disruptions
Throne is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Throne does not control and cannot estimate these charges.
Customs Delays or Seizures
Throne is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.
Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Throne may delay, review, or cancel orders flagged as high risk by our fraud detection systems.
Additional verification may be requested before certain orders are processed.
Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Throne’s liability for any shipping-related issue shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased.
Agreement to Shipping Policy
By placing an order with Throne, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.
